“What's for dinner?” is probably the most common question heard in my house. That, and, “What on earth is that smell?” (We have a baby and a toddler and a 7-year-old boy in the house).
Meal planning can be hard. Seriously. I've spent more than my fair share of time scrambling to find meal ideas, pre-made menus, and recipes. When my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease, I stared into our full pantry, then our full refrigerator, then our full freezer, and thought, “Huh…we've got nothing to eat!”
Thankfully, I found the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating, and I realized that we can eat healthy, delicious foods that would benefit the whole family. We could eat gluten-free, I could easily make a few swaps to follow THM and lose the baby weight, and we could do it without me having to cook three separate meals at dinner time (it's all about the side dishes).

This is how I keep food on the table, even with five kids (one of whom has Celiac disease), and me eating THM-style while on an anti-inflammation diet – and yes, I only cook one meal for the whole family! Having this huge list of meals and ideas has definitely saved me over the past few months! I hope this is a helpful resource for you when you need meal ideas.
