How do I get recipes? I can’t figure out where to go to get them. Especially if they are not THM.
You can get the menu here – The recipes are linked on the PDF on the first two pages. There are instructions to make the recipes THM-friendly on the second page, under “November Instructions.” 🙂
The link for the apple pumpkin muffins in breakfast cannot be found according to the error message I’m getting….can you help?

We are just starting gluten free to hopefully help my husband’s eczema and I want to get back to fully THM again so I’m so grateful for your meal plans. I just found you and decided to start with week 2 and so far the buffalo chicken soup and the baked Cajun chicken were a big hit!
