If you love pumpkin like I do (I didn't always, but now I am firmly in the yes-to-all-things-pumpkin camp), I hope you enjoyed this week at WorkingatHomeschool. This was Pumpkin Week (just because I wanted it to be). We started with a Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte, moved into a sugar-free Pumpkin Spice Granola, and finished with my favorite – Low-Carb Pumpkin Bread (I'm actually eating a slice with whipped cream right now and my tastebuds are thanking me).
