  1. I have the 1st 2 cookbooks and I really want to start cooking this way. Here is what I am up against and what seems to hold me back. I am a full-time working mom of 4 kids 14, 13, 10, and 7. My 10 year old has Celiac and a Dairy allergy. My 14 year old is an athlete and has has trouble maintaining his weight during the football season. And I need to loose weight. I know this can all be accomplished with the THM plan, it is just so over whelming to me. I do so appreciate your meal plans, I guess what I still am not quite sure about is how to make these meals for what my 14 year old needs while I am trying to loose weight.
