Printable Trim Healthy Future-Friendly Menu

The new Trim Healthy Future book has been released for pre-order, and It is fantastic!
I was one of the fortunate people to get to the website (I think I happened to click seconds after the pre-order started). I know there are many of you who have been waiting in the queue to get your copy, and while I know that isn't awesome I can tell you this book is definitely worth it!
When Trim Healthy Table was released, I put together a menu and shopping list highlighting all of my favorite recipes – but this time, I just couldn't wait! I created a menu using the recipes I'm most excited to try in Trim Healthy Future, and I am really excited to get cooking!
Tips for using the menu and shopping list
If you haven't used one of my menus before, I just want to encourage you not to be intimidated by the size of the shopping list. Yes, it looks huge, but I try to include every single thing you will need from the meals on the menu, even salt and pepper.
The best way to use this shopping list is to shop your fridge, pantry, and freezer first. Cross of any ingredients you already have, then shop for the rest.
You may find that you don't need or want to cook this much, and that's OK! If you have fewer people to cook for and don't want to be spending so much time in the kitchen, try making just every other meal on this menu and using the leftovers to replace the meals you're crossing off. Or skip cooking at lunch time, and use dinner leftovers for your lunches the next day.
Please make special note of the recipes that are marked as single serve, or recipes that serve two. If you are feeding more you'll just want to double or triple the recipe as appropriate.
special ingredients
There are quite a few regular meals using regular ingredients in this book. I have affiliate links to some of the special ingredients, but I suspect you may already have a lot of them – I only had to purchase Citric Acid, but otherwise I had just about everything.
Here are affiliate links to the exact products I use that are on the shopping list, just in case you need them:
- Citric Acid
- Creole Seasoning
- MCT Oil
- Gentle Sweet
- Super Sweet

I don’t even have the New Cookbook yet and it’s not showing as available anymore right now, but I’m hopeful that it will be available again ASAP and I want my kitchen stocked and ready to try ALL the best goodies!
Thank you!

Hi,
I can’t find the link to download the menu and shopping list anywhere! It’s 5 AM here, but I’ve checked a few times. Can you help me?
Hi! It’s at the very bottom of the post. There’s a box that says “Send the menu and shopping list.” You’ll enter your email address there and it will be sent to your inbox. Hope that helps!
