Okra is an amazing superfood. It's so “super” in fact, I suspect something magical is going on – when my THM Coaching Clients and I do okra challenges we almost always get some extra weight loss from adding okra in every day!
The biggest problem with okra is that I just don't care for the taste of it on its own. Okra is fabulous for weight loss, and there are many health benefits, but what happens if you just can't stomach it?
I'll tell you what I do – I disguise it! I roast it, season it, throw it in smoothies – whatever it takes. And I've found some delicious recipes that use this magical ingredient – you can't even tell it's in most of these meals!
