I did the 3 day THM prep challenge and have your handout for the pantry meals. But I can’t find the receipes. It’s probably intuitive for most people, but I need instruction! I’ve looked on the THM membership site and here, but can’t seem to find them. Help?
Thank you Jen for sharing your experiences and methods. I once did THM , fell off and need to get back to it. I plan to follow your advice, and appreciate your meal plans. I need to prep to be ready to do it, but have already gleaned some tips from you. Again, thank you.
