I'd like to challenge the common belief that S meals are easier – that just isn't always true! A good THM E meal can be delicious, filling, and quick. E meals have become my favorite part of my THM journey!

I think many of us fall into the pattern of having the same E meals over and over again, or not getting enough of them.
There are many, many excellent benefit to the healthy carbs we get in a healthy THM E meal – we definitely don't want to be missing out on those! I've put together a booklet with 275+ E meal ideas to give you some inspiration! **Please note that as with all of my printables, recipe names in bold type are clickable recipe links.
A quick note on salad dressing – my favorite thing to do with an E salad is to mix just one teaspoon of oil (the total fat you can add to an E) with two teaspoons of vinegar and one teaspoon of water, along with salt and pepper. I keep it really simple and make sure the seasonings in my salad components are on point!
