THM Peanut Butter Whip - this is a fantastic, quick and easy THM "S"!

Ahhh….if I had a dollar for every time I relied on this delicious, THM peanut butter whip to carry me through cravings on THM, I'd have a lot of dollars! This recipe is a Trim Healthy Mama classic (and a staple in my house!).

Low-Carb, delicious peanut butter whip!

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 doonk pure stevia extract powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 85% dark chocolate or THM's Skinny Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Pour ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream into a bowl.
  2. Add 1 doonk pure stevia extract and ½ teaspoon vanilla and whip with a mixer until thick
  3. Add 2 Tablespoons peanut butter and whip for a few minutes until incorporated.
  4. Pour into a dish and top with peanuts and finely chopped chocolate

    1. Hi Jill! It’s a term used by the authors of the Trim Healthy Mama books – basically a pinch. If you buy their brand of stevia they have a small “doonk” spoon in each package. I hope that helps!

  1. Is there a replacement amount that would work with gentle sweet? Im not used to the stevia yet and find it has too much of an aftertaste for me, but I’ve had good luck with gentle sweet.

  2. This looks delicious! But, I don’t have a stand mixer. Could this be done with a hand held? Or maybe done with a whisk?
