Free Okra Challenge for Trim Healthy Mamas
Do you like okra? I’ll be honest and say I don’t…that’s why the image I created for this Trim Healthy Mama okra challenge is a chocolate shake. I don’t enjoy okra on its own at all, but blended into smithereens in a shake is something I can do!

I also like to blend okra with 1 cup of water and add it to stews, soups, or chili recipes for an extra veggie boost!
