THM Meal Plan for this Week

In this no-man's-land between Christmas and New Year's (and a bit beyond), the kids are out of school, no one is in their normal routine, and in years past it has been WAY too easy for me to lose the plot when it comes to my health. I need a simple, doable THM Meal Plan that doesn't require hours in the kitchen, so I'm sharing that today!
Every year I set a goal of being healthier and trimmer by January 1st. In my years of Trim Healthy Mama (steadily on plan since 2012!) I have met that goal *most* years. But I have learned that having a plan in place – even a simple one – makes that last week of the year easier and more peaceful for a final push to feel good on January 1.

Chili –

Italian Sausage with White Beans –
This is a family favorite, SUPER EASY, THM-friendly XO recipe. I serve it with a side salad or another veggie. In weight loss mode, I use just a small amount of beans for either an S or S-Helper. Italian Sausage Cassoulet

I've been making this for YEARS. My kids will have some off-plan tortilla chips with theirs, but I'll stick to an on-plan S for mine. Taco Stack Ups (S)
Charcuterie Board or Protein Boxes
I'll likely make these ahead and enjoy them for lunch, so I'm going with my viral THM Protein Boxes. But if I were serving company, I'd turn the protein box ingredients into a charcuterie board instead. Either way it's going to be delicious!
