Over 20 Amazing Trim Healthy Mama Instant Pot Recipes

Have you heard of the Instant Pot? I've had pressure cookers in the past, but never one like this – this thing is incredible! Easy to peel hardboiled eggs, frozen meat cooked in minutes, easy soups and stews…the list goes on and on. Since we, like so many, are incredibly busy, the Instant Pot has become an incredible time saver. I really needed a go-to list of Trim Healthy Mama Instant Pot recipes, so I put one together and decided to share with you.

I use the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating, and utilizing the Instant Pot has made healthy eating so much easier, especially when it comes to the basics like eggs, beans, rice, and meat. One of my best time-savers is to use my kitchen cooking day to make a big batch of brown rice, then a batch of black beans, then a batch of chicken thighs or breasts. (By the way, I'm not compensated in any way by Instant Pot…I paid for mine myself and I just wanted to share it as a useful kitchen tool!)

Here is a list of 20 of my favorite recipes that can be made in the Instant Pot and work for Trim Healthy Mama. Most of these recipes are Paleo friendly, too. If you know of more, I'd love to hear about them in the comments!

I am asking for this nicer version for my birthday, though – it's bluetooth enabled, which means you can enter codes and get specific results without having to visit it repeatedly (for example, when I make bone broth I have to turn it on and off again multiple times. This isn't a problem, but I have to plan to do it when I'm home to babysit it):
