Trim Healthy Mama Pumpkin Recipes
Ohhhhh baby. If you love pumpkin like I do (I didn’t always, but now I am firmly in the yes-to-all-things-pumpkin camp), I hope you enjoyed this week at WorkingatHomeschool. This was Pumpkin Week (just because I wanted it to be). We started with a Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte, moved into a sugar-free Pumpkin Spice Granola, and finished with my favorite – Low-Carb Pumpkin Bread (I’m actually eating a slice with whipped cream right now and my tastebuds are thanking me).
Now, for the pinnacle of Pumpkin Week (doesn’t that sound fun?), I have Trim Healthy Mama pumpkin recipes from my favorite bloggers. I love these ladies, and their creativity is amazing! Here is the list of amazing pumpkin recipes that are friendly to your waistline. This is just a quick list to give you some ideas! Please share this post so your friends can get in on the pumpkin goodness, and by all means, enjoy making these pumpkin goodies!

I’m new at this. I just started reading the book. I looking forward to eating this way. I want to feel better and have more energy.
I have definitely seen those benefits since I started THM two and a half years ago. Once you get past the first several weeks, it becomes easier and easier to keep going and then to maintain when you get where you’re trying to go. I’m so excited for you!
But this recipe is a crossover. Is a great use of low carb ingredients and healthier than other pumpkin breads for sure, but you won”t lose weight on it. Agree, Jen?
Hi Traci, I’m sorry, which recipe are you talking about? The comment showed up on a THM Pumpkin Recipe round-up. If you’re talking about the Pumpkin Bread recipe I have here, it’s a THM S, not a crossover. It’s 2.4 net carbs per serving. But if you’re talking about a different recipe, let me know and I’ll try to figure it out. 🙂
