I am a living testimony to the POWER that getting more steps in can have!
Increasing my steps played a HUGE role in my last round of weight loss with THM – helping me to shed over 30 pounds of high cortisol, stubborn hormonal weight!
Increasing step counts/daily walks (especially at strategic times) has helped many of my clients reach their goals (in conjunction with the Trim Healthy way of eating, of course!).
