7 Day Hydration Challenge

Our sipper challenge starts on MONDAY, October 21st!

Our goal is to stay hydrated, however that may look for you. If you drink a lot, you may need more than 64 oz a day. If you aren’t really drinking much at all, you might want to start slower.

To be honest, I’ve always struggled to drink as much as I’m supposed to.

Once I increased my hydration throughout the day, I noticed changes to my skin, found I started releasing weight more easily (this is just one of several changes I made, but it definitely played a part!), and I felt SO much better.

The goal for this challenge is to INCREASE the amount of water you are drinking in a day. If you are already well-hydrated, you may want to adapt this challenge so you are experimenting with more sippers!

Staying hydrated is key, but we also don’t want to over-hydrate (it can be dangerous) – the amount that you drink will be very individual to you.

I’ve put together a tracker for this challenge along with a list of my favorite sippers to give you some inspiration!

 I know that sippers are not 100% necessary to the plan…meaning you CAN follow Trim Healthy Mama and lose weight without ever having a sipper. I’ve had clients who’ve done that, so I know it’s possible!

BUT it is so fantastic to use sippers to stay hydrated. For some, staying hydrated is a big factor when it comes to weight loss. Some of these sippers have health benefits, too – THM lists some of them on the THM membership site and for the recipes that are in the books!

I’m so excited to share this – I need personal inspiration (for those days I don’t feel like a plain old GGMS), and I wanted my clients to have a go-to list, too…and I realized you might find this helpful, as well!

Beginning Monday, our goal is to have at least 64 oz of water, sippers, or herbal tea each day…and hopefully start to build a new habit to keep us hydrated!

My personal go-to’s for staying hydrated are THM’s Hydrates and LMNT (the best flavors – in my opinion – are Raspberry and Grapefruit.
