Free Meal Prep Mini Class (with checklist & recipes!)

Grab and go foods can have a HUGE impact on your ability to stay on plan. Just a little meal prep can save you on busy days – and there are so many options!

I’ve been on-plan for nearly 12 years, and I learned fast that if I didn’t have on-plan foods ready to go at a moment’s notice, I simply wasn’t as likely to stay on plan.

I’ve streamlined meal prep to make it WAY easier, and I’m hosting a FREE mini class to help you prep ahead, too – without spending hours in the kitchen! You can join us this Saturday, November 16th at 12pm MST in my THM Made Easy with Coach Jen .

My checklist also includes six THM-friendly recipes to use your prepped foods in – but I have more ideas for you, too!

If you have baked chicken breast already prepared (FP), you can make the following meals in about 5 minutes:
  • Burrito Bowls
  • Chicken Tacos
  • Chicken Wraps
  • Salad with Chicken
  • Chicken quesadillas
With light cottage cheese (FP), you could make THM’s Waldorf Salad or a THM shake in just a few minutes.
If you have bacon (S), you could make:
  • Bacon and Scrambled Eggs
  • BLTs
  • Cobb Salad

Those are just a few ideas off of the top of my head – there are dozens of things you can make VERY quickly that are completely on plan, not to mention just eating the protein on its own for a quick snack!
