P.S. – Even though I’ve mastered the art of keeping my fridge and freezer stocked with prepped THM items, my all-time favorite way to simplify meal prep is to double a meal and freeze the second portion. 🙌🏻 If you do that twice a week for a month, you’ll have plenty of on-plan dinners ready to go!
