I wanted an elegant but simple Christmas menu this year. We always end up eating way too much junk over the holidays, and a nice, healthy, low-carb Christmas dinner seemed like the perfect break from the overload of carbs that we normally have! These recipes work for Trim Healthy Mamas and are either Paleo-friendly or can be adapted to Paleo.

This menu is full of favorite comfort dishes. Here are the links to the recipes I used, and the printable menu and shopping list can be downloaded below. I had several requests to list the ingredients on the shopping list by recipe, so you can substitute a different favorite recipe if needed. Hopefully that works for everyone!
