One full day of Christmas meals – THM style
The Christmas posts – and requests from readers for more Christmas posts – were stacking up here at WorkingatHomeschool.com, so I decided to put everything together in one place! All of the recipes and ideas in the links below are gluten-free and work for Trim Healthy Mama.
Breakfast –
For a collection of sweet and savory Christmas breakfast ideas, I have a quick list of favorites here:
Sweet Breakfast Options
Low-Carb Blueberry Breakfast Bars from AllDayIDreamAboutFood.com
Cranberry Orange Muffins from Briana Thomas
Blueberry Muffins from A Home with Purpose
Ginger-Spice Mini Donuts from Wonderfully Made and Dearly Loved
Low-Carb Caramel Sticky Buns from AllDayIDreamAboutFood
Coffee Cake from Rohnda Sue
Savory Breakfast Options
Cheddar, Bacon, and Veggie Frittata from Darcie's Dishes
Baked Denver Omelet from Cooking Classy (there is toast in the photos on this post, but I just eat mine with avocado to keep it low carb)
Southwestern Egg Casserole from Kalyn's Kitchen
Make-Ahead Breakfast Omelets from Being Consumed (I substitute cashew milk or heavy cream for the milk to keep it low-carb)
these are all posted over at “Healthy Breakfasts for Christmas Morning”.
Lunch –
I like to make a big charcuterie tray with salami, capicola ham, brie, gouda, and spiced nuts for an “S” tray. We'll also set out sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, and a low-carb ranch dressing like this one.
For a collection of impressive meals to serve to company for lunch (including appetizers!), here's “Amazing Recipes for Having People Over”
Dinner –
Christmas Dinner will be a snap this year with a full printable menu & shopping list for a traditional THM-style sit-down dinner! You can head here to grab your free printables: Christmas Dinner Menu
I hope you have a lovely Christmas Day!
