Since variety is the spice of life, I think it's important to build my weekly meal plans on convenient, no-prep choices when I need to, and beautiful, easy recipes like this one whenever I'm able to sprinkle the in.

The low carb green beans recipe

This low carb green beans recipe is pretty easy and it calls for just five ingredients – green beans ( I prefer French green beans – haricot verts), bacon, oil, parmesan, and ranch seasoning. I like this homemade Ranch seasoning mix from Nana's Little Kitchen.

🤫 Sometimes I use pre-cooked bacon to save time.

First, you'll boil the green beans and arrange them in a baking dish.

Once they're in the baking dish, you'll add cheese, oil, seasoning, and bacon.

Note to my coaching clients: This is a THM “Heavy S” recipe.

These need to bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes until they're done! These come together really quickly and are the perfect way to get some veggies in!
