THM FP Meal Ideas
FP's aren't always easy to incorporate on your THM journey, but they are SO important! I have a giant list of THM FP ideas for you to sprinkle in! These slimming meals can be SO delicious – if you aren't eating them, you're missing out!

A quick note on salad dressing – my favorite thing to do with an FP salad is to mix just one teaspoon of oil (the total fat you can add to an E or FP) with two teaspoons of vinegar and one teaspoon of water, along with salt and pepper. I keep it really simple and make sure the seasonings in my salad components are on point!
