Mix & Match Trim Healthy Mama Lunch Ideas

Trim Healthy Mama lunches can be challenging! For me (and for so many of my clients), lunchtime is where things can fall apart. There are just so many variables — busy schedules, limited prep time, and sometimes… nothing in the fridge that looks exciting.

Over the years, I’ve cracked the code for always being able to stay on plan at lunch — without it feeling complicated.

Some of the keys that have made lunch so much easier for me are:

  • Keeping on-plan, store-bought convenience foods* in stock
  • Using leftovers to make a fresh lunch in minutes
  • Keeping a fully stocked car snack bag with shelf-stable THM-friendly foods
  • Having pantry baskets with complete, on-plan meals that can be made in 15 minutes or less
  • Simplifying lunches with tried-and-true soups or smoothies
