I decided it was time to make a “Master List” of sorts with LOTS of Trim Healthy Mama/gluten-free meal ideas. I didn’t want to keep that to myself, so I’m sharing it with you! This is a BIG list of 215 Trim Healthy Mama healthy meal ideas to help you in your meal planning. These are gluten-free and sugar-free, and they work for the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating. There are breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, conveniently listed by meal type. I hope this resource is as useful for you as it has been for me!

Just a few important notes –
Once you enter your email address, you will be taken to a thank you page with some instructions. Then you will get a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please try the following:
Look for the email in any other folder it may have gone to by mistake (like Spam, Junk, or “Promotions” in Gmail).
Try subscribing with a different email address (don’t worry about getting two messages from me, because I won’t send anything to the original one you entered if you haven’t confirmed).
If after 12 hours you still haven’t received anything, please comment here and I can try to send you another one. I don’t have any employees, it’s just me here, so I’ll try to take care if it as quickly as possible but please be patient!

Hmmm…it should take you to a page with a picture of the book and a blue “Download” button below it. Can you tell me what it says on the website that you are taken to? I’m sorry you’re having trouble!

I signed up with my email. I was taken to a site that I had to download some program to get the book. I am always unsure of those types of programs. Is there any other way to get it? Or, is there a different link? I would love to learn more about Trim Healthy Mama… Also, I never received a confirming email… Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The book is only available as a PDF. If you don’t have Adobe, I don’t know of any other way you can open it. I’m sorry!

I just tried to sign up on Nov 30th and it did the same to me. Obviously the problem is not fixed 🙂
We figured out that the problem is Facebook! I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but for some reason it’s not working for people who come to the website through Facebook on a mobile device. I fixed it for you, and I’m sorry for the trouble! If you ever encounter this on another website, apparently the cure is to just enter the email address on a computer instead of a mobile device (or, if you’re on a mobile device, copy and paste the web address into safari).
I’m getting the same response, have entered three different email addresses, all the same blah, I will be patient though!
Keeps telling me I’m not filling out all fields! 🙁 Neat idea ~ anxious to get my hands on it! 🙂
I’m so sorry, Tamara! This is new to me and I’m figuring it out as I go. I think I fixed it, but if you don’t get a confirmation email, please let me know! You’ll confirm your email address and then get a link to download. They make me do it that way so that we can verify that the email addresses are attached to willing participants. 🙂 I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi, Pat, you should have gotten an email with the link to download. You have to confirm your email address first if you haven’t done that (we have to do that so that we don’t get in trouble for sending unsolicited emails!).
I’m already getting your email info so it says I’m already signed up. How can I still get the book? Would love to have it!

I guess I’m not very tech savy, The email and your site says that since I am already subscribed that I can get this, but there doesn’t seem to be a place to do that. I tried putting in my email, and of course it told me that I was already subscribed. So I’m at a stand point.

If you were subscribed previously, you should have gotten an email this morning with information on how to download. If you don’t see it, you may want to check your spam folder. 🙂
Also ads keep popping up and saying the site will return in 8 seconds. But it redirects me to Blank.com and the site never comes back. I have to keep going out and coming back in. The interruptions from your site are about every 10 seconds. Just wanted you to be aware that this is happening.

The site gives me about 5 seconds to type the password before going to an ad and then going to another site. i t also has ads that pop up continuously taking me from your site. There is a blue download button below the picture of the book. The confirmation page says that once you confirm your email address you’ll get access, but there isn’t a page or email that says a new book is coming soon, so it sounds like you’re on the right page but just need to scroll down a little. I hope that helps!

Signed up and confirmed my email but I can not find a way to download the book

I signed up, I got the confirmation email, I clicked on it and it told me to enter my email address. I did this and it said I was already registered. I then got an email with a bunch of links for different things but not for the book. I just want to make sure I am not missing something. I am super excited for this book!

I think the problem is that your email address says “@comasr.net”. Is it supposed to be comcast.net?
I tried with 2 different emails and both said my email address was invalid.
I’ll try to fix it for you. Anyone else who encounters this, you may want to a different browser. The people who have contacted me have been able to make it work with Safari. 🙂

Just so you’re not disappointed, I wanted to mention that it’s not a cookbook or recipe book, per se – it’s a huge list of meal ideas, with links to recipes.
