5 Day Back to THM Basics Summer Challenge

here is something about summer that sounds like it should make healthy choices easier.
More fresh food. More daylight. More flexibility.
But for a lot of women, summer actually makes consistency harder.
The normal routine disappears. Kids are home. Travel pops up. Weekends fill quickly. Dinner happens later. Snacks are everywhere. And before you know it, the plan that felt doable in a more structured season starts to feel scattered again.
That is exactly why I created the 5-Day Back to Basics Challenge.
I do not want this to be another “start over and try harder” kind of thing. Most women have already tried that enough times to know it does not last very long.
What usually helps more is stepping back and asking, “What are the simple habits that would actually support me right now?”
Not the complicated version. Not the perfect version. The real-life version.
Because THM does not have to feel overwhelming to work. In fact, for most busy women, it works best when the basics become repeatable.
During this 5-day challenge, we’ll focus on the small routines and habits that make staying on plan feel more manageable through summer: simple meals, easier decisions, backup options, and the kind of structure that helps you keep going even when your schedule is not perfectly predictable.
This is for you if you’ve been feeling a little off-track, a little overwhelmed, or like you keep waiting for a better time to get consistent again.
It’s also for you if you do not want to spend the whole summer thinking, “I’ll get back to it later.”
You do not need an extreme reset. You do not need to overhaul your entire life. You just need a simple place to begin again and a few habits that can help you build momentum.
