    1. You’re welcome, I’m glad you like it! It was a lot of work to make it printable, but I’m making the menu for my own family, so I thought I should share with everyone else. 🙂

  1. Thank you so much! I have been doing THM loosely, very loosely. But I love reading about the success people are having, but I just can’t seem to get the planning and the shopping lists together. I am always on the go, working full-time out of the home with a family is challenging so in a panic I am going to the foods that we shouldn’t be eating. This is really helpful, I can do this and build on it. Thank you again.

  2. I am new to this… Thank you! This is so helpful. Are all of these recipes in the THM book? Still trying to figure out how this all works.

    1. Thanks! The recipes that say (THM book) next to them are found in the book. The rest of the meals have links to the recipes on the internet. After a year on plan I definitely have some favorites from the book, but I’ve found lots of really great ones that aren’t in the book and I base my meal plans off of a combination of both.

  3. Thank you so much for putting this all together. It must have taken you a long time!
May I say the only hard part of the free printables is the font you used. It’s really hard to read. I wonder if there is a way for me to change the font?
Thank you again for sharing with us!

    1. Thanks for the suggestion! I have a new menu of $7 THM dinners coming out next week and I’m already working on putting a new font on the printables, along with checkboxes for the shopping lists because I had quite a few requests for that. 🙂

  4. Thank you!! Meal planning is hard as is but I must plan it for 8 kids so I was at a loss. Thank you so much for sharing!!

  5. Help! I’m new at this but I found your monthly meal planner and it is super helpful! My only question….which recipes am I buying for each week. I understand breakfast and lunch stays the same but what dinners are week 1 which ones are week 2 etc? Did I miss that somewhere:-/ thank you so much for putting this out there!

    1. They are numbered, so you week 1 is meals 1-7, and so on. It should say which #s go with which shopping lists at the top of the list. 🙂

  6. I am really new to this THM diet. I love it! I am trying to understand you menu. How do I know what I am cooking . You have the list of everything I need to buy, but I am confused as to what recipe I am to use. Did I miss something somewhere in my readings?

    1. The recipes and instructions are in the blog post. The printable shopping lists tell you what to buy for each of the recipes outlined in the blog post. 🙂

  7. Thank you so much for your hard work and time. I appreciate very much the effort you put forth to make my journey easier.

  8. This is amazing! Thank you for taking the time to share this with us! I’m getting bored with my THM meals and this gets me excited again!

  9. I am having the same problem with not being able to read the font. It is so tiny and prints out very light,

    1. I’m really sorry about that. The font size is 18 and it prints dark for me, so I’m not sure that changing it would help anyway.

  10. Thank you so much for sharing. This is a blessing as we too home school and can never seem to find the time to do what you have done. Bless you for sharing 🙂

  11. For some reason, it says the files won’t open because they aren’t valid PDF files…Please help..

    1. I’m sorry, they are opening fine for me on two different computers. I’m not sure what could be wrong.

  12. Thank you for doing all of the work on this. I’ve been on THM since Dec and it is nice to try a few new things here. When I try to print the shopping lists for week 3 and 4, however, they aren’t coming up as the lists of what to buy, but rather the list of what is on the menu for the 31 days. Can you help with this?

    1. When I click on weeks 3 and 4, it is bringing up the shopping list for me. Underneath those is the menu. I’m sorry it’s not working for you! I’ve checked on two different computers and it’s pulling up the shopping lists for me.

  13. This is so great and I know you put a lot of work into creating this but I think I may have to find someone’s list that caters to blind old ladies like myself. lol I’m finding it really difficult to read the small script used. Maybe next time. But I do want to thank you for the effort! I’m new to this THM thing and am impressed with all the support available online. Keep up the great work!
