If you follow along with this challenge, you’ll have 5 full breakfast meals to feed a family – but you can easily double or triple and prep for months instead of just a few weeks, if you’d like to! If you’re cooking for yourself or just a few people, you can prep each recipe as-is and freeze the rest, or half the recipes as needed.
This 5 Day Challenge runs from March 17-21, but you can also do this challenge on your own anytime!
