  1. Good recipe for a taco bar too! Bowls of the ingredients you mentioned, plus things like black beans, rice, fritos (like you mentioned for the kiddos). Such an easy way to feed a group and they can eat as their diets/tastes allow. Thanks again for a great recipe!!!
    I also double or triple the meat part and freeze the rest for quick meals down the road!

    1. Hi Laura! We use El Paso because my daughter has Celiac disease, and we know that one is gluten-free. But any taco seasoning with no carbs or sugars added (or even a homemade recipe – I like Rachel Ray’s) would work in this recipe.
