Anyone else love to drink anything BUT water?
I'm OK with water, honestly, but there's something so satisfying about a flavorful, delicious drink. I think some of it harkens back to my Dr. Pepper addiction (speaking of which, I've gone FIVE YEARS without a soda! Woohoo!).
I've written a lot about my favorite bottled drinks, but I've been making big changes to my beverage consumption lately.
I'm focusing on a LOT of water every day, including a Trim Healthy Mama sipper recipe, and replacing one cup of coffee per day with this Stash Oolong Tea.
My doctor wants me to quit coffee altogether, but I've decided that she's obviously not understanding the sacrifice that would require. I'm taking baby steps instead.
I'm not much of a tea drinker, although I love my Bai teas, but this STASH brand tea is SO delicious I could drink it all day!
I'm a weirdo who drinks hot tea in the summer, but I've also had this tea iced plenty of times and it's perfect either way. Just add 1/2-1 teaspoon of THM Super Sweet.
