Hello there, and welcome! I'm so excited to start this 6 week online coaching program with you! This Bootcamp will have 20-30 people in it, plus a few of my alumni that will be there to help me make sure I don't miss anyone's questions or comments!
Here are some dates you'll need to keep in mind for this THM Bootcamp:
– Please submit the paperwork linked below by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH. It takes quite some time for me to process your paperwork. Trim Healthy Mama requires these forms. As soon as you have completed them, please request to join the Facebook Group Here. Your membership request will definitely be added to the group before September 12th!
– The first Group Coaching session is SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH AT 10AM MST.
If you can't make it any of the sessions, don't worry – you can replay them at any time! In addition to the coaching sessions, we'll have plenty of daily interaction in the Facebook group plus some one-on-one calls!
Please mark your calendar or set a reminder for the coaching sessions!
Session 2: Saturday, SEPTEMBER 21 at 10am MST

I'll need those first three documents back before you request to join the Secret Facebook Group. Please request to join the private Facebook group here. This group is very important! I will be popping in regularly to answer any questions you may have on the Facebook group, and this is where we have our live video consultations.
