Hi, I'm Coach Jen!
I’m a busy mom of six (five plus one bonus!) and a full time THM Master Coach.
I found the Trim Healthy Mama plan when it was first published in 2012 and I've been on plan since then! I've cumulatively lost over 100 pounds and I've battled stubborn hormonal weight, Insulin Resistance, cortisol issues, and difficult life issues along the way.
I've been featured in the Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book, the Trim Healthy Table cookbook, and on the THM Poddy (episode 447).
