Clients must use the Ate App (there may be a fee, so please check the Ate App on your phone to find out!), and Voxer to communicate.

Once you enroll, you’ll fill out a short intake form so I can get to know you, your goals, and where you’re feeling stuck.

We’ll meet once a week on Zoom for a private 30-minute coaching call — just you and me — to create a personalized plan that fits your life. Between calls, you’ll have Monday–Friday messaging access so you’re never left wondering what to do next.

You’ll also get access to my full THM Meal Plan Library (with over a year of done-for-you meal plans), plus my favorite cheat sheets and quick-start tools to make staying on plan easier.

If you’d like extra accountability, I’ll review your food logs or snapshots a few times a week to help you stay consistent — no pressure, just support.

At the end of the three weeks, I’ll send you a personalized recap with your next best steps, and you’ll get the option to continue with ongoing support inside my Bootcamp — at an exclusive member-only discount.
