Pan-Fried Rotisserie Chicken

A no-recipe recipe for chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 rotisserie chickens
  • spray olive oil or avocado oil
  • seasoning of choice

Method
 

  1. Lightly spray your sauté pan with olive oil or coconut oil spray and heat to medium
  2. Carve the chickens, cutting the meat off of the bone (I like to leave the skin on) and add it to the pan
  3. Season and heat through
