Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumb substitute (see recipe notes)
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated onion
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • additional seasoning to taste

Method
 

  1. combine all ingredients
  2. form into patties
  3. smoke, bake, or pan-fry
