Bacon in the Oven
1. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2. Place the baking sheet in a COLD oven and close the door, then set the temperature to 400 degrees. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through. When there are tiny bubbles all over the bacon slices, it is usually finished. 4. When the bacon is cooked, carefully remove it from the oven and use tongs to transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
