I’d recommend contacting THM directly about the shelf life of their products, but I have had one friend who had a bag of Baking Blend go bad – she said it smelled terrible and it was very obvious!

I’ve never seen an expiration date for the baking blend and wonder how long it lasts when stored in the fridge or freezer. Also, if it’s past its prime would I be able to smell or taste it?
