Hi Laura! We use El Paso because my daughter has Celiac disease, and we know that one is gluten-free. But any taco seasoning with no carbs or sugars added (or even a homemade recipe - I like Rachel Ray&#039;s) would work in this recipe.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Good recipe for a taco bar too!  Bowls of the ingredients you mentioned, plus things like black beans, rice, fritos (like you mentioned for the kiddos).  Such an easy way to feed  a group and they can eat as their diets/tastes allow.  Thanks again for a great recipe!!!
I also double or triple the meat part and freeze the rest for quick meals down the road!]]></description>
