I don't! But I'll make one for you if you want one! I've had a few requests for Walmart but I didn't know if it would be useful to anyone but me! :)

Hi Lanette! Ok, so first I have to ask if you've tried the THM brand sweeteners. Or Swerve. Both, in my opinion, taste amazing and are far better than what I find at the store. I have links to the brand I use at workingathomeschool.com/resources. I also use pure stevia extract, but that took some getting used to.

Hi,
I'm thinking about joining the THM club. I do have the 2 books and I find your site is very helpful. Thanks for sharing. So far it's very overwhelming, but I'll get there. The one question I have is, I don't like sugar alcohols and they recommend them a lot on the THM plan. Do you have any personal favorite replacements?

Typically it is, but Pearl Barrett (the author of THM) approved these in the Facebook groups. They are very low-carb and there is very little sugar in them, so I think it falls into the "personal choice" category. :)

I'm just curious. I was looking at the ingredients on the Enlightened Ice Cream Bars. They have cane sugar mid way down, so how can they be on plan. I thought all sugar was a no-no.

I haven't found any at my Sam's Club, but there may be some at other locations. I look for no added sugar in mine, and I mainly order it online (like at the Trim Healthy Mama online store or Netrition.com).
