Yay, I&#039;m so glad you got the cookbook! I love it! I spend about $900 per month for my family of seven. I go over that when my kids have growth spurts. I know some people spend WAY less, and I think it depends on where you live. I also just don&#039;t have time for couponing, but I bet I could save a little more there, too. I used to spend about $1100 a month before we started THM, so I feel pretty good about eating whole, healthy foods that are gluten-free and saving money on THM.]]></description>
