That's great! Because I blog a lot of recipes, I have the weirdest odds and ends in my pantry, and this has definitely helped me keep track of those, too, so I understand what you mean!

Love this idea! The printed ones never work well for me either. I'm hoping this will help me remember the recipe for which I recently purchased 1-1/3 cups of pecan meal. I have a few other stray items for recipes I forget I was going to try. But I figure I'll want to make them again someday and, wah-lah! I have the required odd ingredient!

In reply to Alisha.

You can use Trim Healthy Pan Bread (without the extra seasoning), or Swiss Bread. Swiss Bread would change the fuel type to FP or S, I believe, depending on the fat in your cottage cheese. My daughter does eat gluten-free bread that we make at home with a mix, even though I don't, because she doesn't need to lose weight and doesn't follow THM. She generally eats what I eat, but I add lots of crossovers for her. I hope that helps!

In reply to jenny pender.

Thanks! All of my meal plans have the letters included, but since this was just a demonstration of how I display my meals I didn't think to put the letters here. I went back and included those, plus the cookbook pages where all of the recipes are located or the recipe links. I hope that helps! Thanks for the suggestion!

I did - I actually had an older style that isn't available anymore. Now I kind of wish I hadn't; a frame would make it fit in more with my kitchen!
