					<description><![CDATA[Someone just linked your blog in the THM Beginners group.  I started my THM journey in January and have lost almost 25 pounds.  I tend to yo-yo a bit.  I have a sudden dropped about once a month and then, I gain a couple, drop 1-2, etc..  Overall, I can not complain because like you I have not incorporated regular exercise.  I started that yesterday and I think I really need to go back a skin the book again.  I seem to be adding more apples, oranges, and high glycemic foods and need to probably cut back on that.  I also probably need a brush up on some if these strange ingredients I bought but don&#039;t use.  I need to lose, at least, another 10... Maybe 20.  Great posting!]]></description>
