I found the most fun one however about a year ago and I love it.  Its called  Body Groove.  It is Free Style Dancing and each segment is 30 min or less.]]></description>

Wow, Nancy, I&#039;m impressed! If I don&#039;t eat well, it doesn&#039;t matter what exercise program I&#039;m doing because I won&#039;t lose a pound. I did P90X without changing my eating habits and while I could do 60 push-ups at a time, I didn&#039;t lose any weight at all, and only a few inches. I&#039;m not familiar with Slim in 6 but now I want to check it out!]]></description>
