Thank you for sharing. I appreciate the recommendation you made to start with breakfast and get a handle on the program. I am having a hard time with breakfast and lunch, mainly because I work. I'm a teacher...breakfast needs to be something I can eat in the car and lunch has to be packable
I'm going to focus on one and get myself on track! 😃

Anna-Marie, thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement! We've navigated the Celiac disease issue, and although it's not fun it is very doable!

Thank you, very much! With the three adults in the house eating strong on THM, 7 kids (ages 5-17) tagging along mostly THM crossovers, now we found out one of them is Celiac. Your list helps soooo much! You are amazing. ❤

Kathy, I'm so glad this is helpful for you. THM was really overwhelming for me at first, so I just started with breakfast and made sure I had the basics down -protein as the base, then E ingredients for an E meal or S ingredients for an S meal. Once I felt confident, I moved on to lunches, then dinners, and soon it was second nature. Please be reassured that I think it takes awhile to sink in with EVERYONE. It is so different from what we are used to eating! But it definitely works and it's definitely worth it!
