I think I replied to an email from you on the same issue. :) The instructions explain that repeating 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches allow for simplicity, savings, and less time in the kitchen without getting bored, so that&#039;s why the breakfasts and lunches are repeated while the dinners are unique. The recipe links are numbered 1-30, but the special directions to make the meals THM-compatible are not necessary for each meal. The notes say, &quot;Day 7, Day 10&quot;, etc, but the other days can be made as-written and don&#039;t need the special notes. I hope that helps!]]></description>
