In reply to Carolyn.

Hi Carolyn! This is the method I use: Frozen Chicken Breasts in an Instant Pot

You can add seasoning or sauces as desired. Cooking the chicken from frozen this way is a huge time saver, and I think it turns out really well. I hope that helps!

Thanks for letting me know! I like that recipe a lot, so I printed it and have it in my kitchen for reference. I didn't know the name had changed. :)

Great list! I juse got an Instant Pot for Cyber Monday (and want to get another on Prime Week).

One thing, you may want to change the title for the Sausage and Chicken Stew. The website linked has removed Gumbo from the name because she got so many comments about it not being gumbo. It is an excellent stew, and we will make it again- but it isn't gumbo. Tomatoes and carrots don't belong in a gumbo and there is no roux, okra or filé. I am hoping to figure out a good, low carb version of gumbo - just not there yet.

I bought the Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1. It's about $130 on Amazon right now, and I had to save up for awhile, but it's by far my favorite kitchen appliance right now and I think it's really worth the money.
